Hiking at South Valley Park

May 26 - Dazy and I went on our first mini hike together. I can't wait until she's old enough to go on the long ones.

South Valley is about 10 mins from my house in the Ken Caryl Valley. It's a great, easy hike with no elevation gain (good for the pup). It's about 2.25 miles and by 1.75 miles she was getting very hot and was done, done, done!

She's such a cool dog. I just love her!

  1. She's so pretty. Looks like she's gonna be a big girl. Bless you for being so good to her. She's a luck doggie. :0)

  2. Bentley and I did that one! It was very hot. He laid down a couple of times. Actually, he did that alot when I was there. He doesn't get hot here, for sure! It hasn't even reached 70 yet! Dazy is beautiful!

  3. Thanks Dixie! She makes me smile every time I look at her. I just love her.
And Ruth, that IS a HOT hike! No trees, etc. Yes, it's hot here, poor Dazy pants really hard every time we walk. I saw where you had to turn your heat on!
My next hair color is going to match "the strawberry blond paw" of my Dazy! I love her coloring.
